Imperial Red Ale

This one came out sweet and malty, with just a touch of licorice flavor (which I’m hoping will continue to subside with time). Overall this batch was timed perfectly for the Fall, since it has similarities to Marzens, which tend to be my favorites. Of course all the spent grain and gunk from this round went into the soil in the garden, and the peppers seem to have taken the clue and geared up for Fall as well.
